Abstract
Therapists rate anxiety and check observable signs of anxiety that occurred during interviews. Patients rated as anxious showed 2 or more of the following symptoms: "(a) body musculature appears taut, strained, or tense, (b) move and shift restlessly, and (c) use hands excessively."
