Abstract
Amylose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) (ADMPC) and tris(3,5-dichlorophenylcarbamate) (ADCPC) were supported on macroporous silica gel to use as chiral stationary phases for HPLC. ADMPC showed higher optical resolving power for some enantiomeric pairs than cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate), and gave a practically useful chiral HPLC column. ADCPC resolved a few racemic drugs efficiently. Keywords
