Abstract
A method has been developed for determining ionic calcium, rapidly and easily, in expressed apple juice. This was achieved by constructing a “PVC Membrane”; calcium ion‐selective electrode and then modifying it for use at pH 3.5. It was found necessary to make the modifications in order to increase the electrode response in the low pH regions encountered.Keywords
