Abstract
Bis (2-carbamoyl)phenyl diselenides and benzisoselenazol-3(2H)-ones, particularly ebselen, have been found as new catalysts for hydrogen peroxide oxidation of sulfides into sulfoxides, N,N-dimethylhydrazones into nitriles, and azines into carbonyl compounds. Keywords
