Pseudo‐aneurysm of the gastroduodenal artery is a rare cause of bleeding‐complicated pancreatitis. The use of computerized tomography and angiography lead to early diagnosis. The key to surgical treatment is arterial inflow occlusion prior to opening the aneurysm. Keywords
