A relation between average kinetic energy and mean-square radius in nuclei

Abstract
A proportionality between the average kinetic energy and the inverse of the mean-square radius is shown to be valid to a good approximation for a wide range of single-particle energies and RMS radius in the Hartree-Fock and Brueckner-Hartree-Fock theories.Keywords
