Abstract
The generalized analysis of the grain‐boundary diffusion by surface accumulation method has been extended by incorporating the effects of an electric field along the grain boundary. General expressions for the average surface concentration have been derived and the effects of an electric field on its time dependence have been investigated in some detail.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
