Abstract
Levels and changes in nutrient intake over four consecutive food recalls (1970-72) are computed and their relationship to 13 socioeconomic characteristics estimated by least-squares regression for a sample of 168 ENP homemakers in two Florida counties. Results indicate that most family characteristics do not significantly affect the level or changes in nutrient intake.
