Abstract
The spatial dipole moment of a perfused animal heart suspended at the center of a fluid-filled sphere can be found in magnitude and direction to a good approximation by three sets of bipolar measurements. The method has been applied in finding the vectorcardiograms of turtle and rabbit hearts. Keywords
