Abstract
The effect of [the immunologic drug] tuftsin on [mouse Cloudman S-91] malignant melanoma was studied in vivo using a murine model system. Tuftsin was capable of significantly reducing the number of tumor colonies appearing in the lungs of mice following i.v. administration of tumor cells. Although only a limited number of concentrations of tuftsin were used in these preliminary studies. Tuftsin apparently possesses antitumor activity over a wide range of doses. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
