Abstract
1 An elderly hypertensive woman developed severe renal failure owin hydralazine-induced lupus, although the dose never exceeded 150 mg da 2 Renal biopsy appearances were consistent with an immune-comp mediated glomerulonephritis. 3 Withdrawal of the drug was followed by rapid recovery in spite structural damage to the kidney.Keywords
