Abstract
Various parts of the central and peripheral nervous system of the mutant hamster with hind leg paralysis were studied in the electron microscope. A number of alterations involving the myelin sheath, the axon and certain neuronal perikarya were observed. Anterior horn cells were apparently well preserved. This condition represents an inherited form of peripheral neuropathy. Keywords
