Trichomonas Vaginalis in Urethritis of the Male

Abstract
Of 183 male patients complaining of urethral discharge, Trichomonas vaginalis was found in the urethra of 33 (18%). Of the 75 patients suffering from non-gonococcal urethritis, Trichomonas was found in 41%. In 9% of the cases of non-gonococcal urethritis T. vaginalis was considered to be the sole cause.Keywords
