A Method of Determining the Ground State of the Extended-Range Classical Lattice Gas Model

Abstract
A method of deriving geometrical inequalities by the use of which the ground state of the extended-range classical lattice gas model can be analytically determined is developed. As illustrative examples the ground states in the simple cubic lattice and the linear chain both with 1st, 2nd and 3rd neighbor interactions are rigorously determined on the whole ranges of the interaction constants and the concentration of particles.
