N-TYPE DOPING OF (CH)x: MOLECULAR DIFFUSION OF THE DOPANT

Abstract
We have studied the kinetics of the n-type doping of cis-(CH)x films using Lithium-benzophenone solutions in THF. Raman spectroscopy shows that cis-trans isomerization occurs during the doping process. By following the evolution of the ESR spectra, we were able to deduce both the interfibrillar and the intrafibrillar diffusion coefficients
