Abstract
Ureteral obstruction due to benign and malignant lesions has been managed successfully with percutaneous nephrostomy. With increasing use of percutaneous urinary diversion the attendant complications are becoming obvious. We report a case of an arteriovenous fistula discovered 10 weeks after placement of a double pigtail ureteral stent. Angiographic embolization of the fistula was successful after removal of the stent. Keywords
