Abstract
Daily exposure of 3-5 min. to x-radiation (65 K.V., 7 M.A., 25 cm. focal distance) inhibits regeneration of the fore limb of Amblystoma at any stage of limb development. Some growth occurs after extirpation; but differentiation into upper arm, fore-arm and hand does not occur. However, unmutilated appendages differentiate normally under x-ray exposures which destroy the capacity for regeneration. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
