Abstract
Many effective treatments for scleroderma have emerged in recent years, including bosentan, an endothelin receptor antagonist, and epoprostenol, a prostacyclin, both of which target vasoconstriction. Cyclophosphamide may soon be proven effective against interstitial lung disease.Keywords
