Abstract
A new technique is described for endoscopic treatment of a membranous urethral stricture after trauma. Urethral continuity was reestablished with a guidewire puncture and balloon dilatation of the obliterated urethral segment using simultaneous proximal- and distal-segment endoscopy with fluoroscopic alignment. This technique provides an easy and simple urethroplasty and may be a valuable alternative in bridging obliterated urethral segments after trauma. Keywords
