Femtosecond time-resolved photoelectron imaging

Abstract
Femtosecond time-resolved photoelectron imaging (FS-PEI) is presented for the first time. This novel method is tested with two-color photoionization of NO via the A 3sσ state and applied to ultrafast dephasing in the intermediate case molecule pyrazine. The results illustrate the high-performance of FS-PEI in probing short-time dynamics in isolated molecules and clusters.
