Abstract
Root rot of soybean, caused by race 1 of Phytophthora megasperma f. sp. glycinea, is reported for the 1st time in Maryland. Isolation, pathogenicity, cultural characteristics and race identification of 2 isolates are described. Susceptibility of several Maryland-grown soybean cultivars to these isolates is shown. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
