Abstract
We describe a case of bilateral emphysematous pyelonephritis, in a diabetic female, that responded to medical therapy alone. Her complete improvement is documented radiologically. Emphysematous pyelonephritis, as a cause of serious infection in diabetic patients, is briefly reviewed.Keywords
