Abstract
Mixed crystals of Cd1−xMnxS with the wide range of Mn concentration (0⩽x⩽0.3, 0.7⩽x⩽1) were grown with the Bridgman‐Stockbarger technique in high‐pressure Ar atmosphere. X‐ray microprobe analysis indicates that the Mn concentration in grown crystals differs to a great extent from that of the mixed powder charge in the carbon crucible. The Mn concentration is fairly homogeneous in a wide area of the grown crystals. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
