Abstract
A single in vitro screen test for atopic allergy is described. It uses the raidioallergosorbent test (RAST) principle and was applied to screening sera from U.K. [United Kingdom] patients with possible atopic symptoms. When compared with the Phadebas RAST, the test sensitivity was 97% and the specificity 100%. This test would be useful in any preliminary allergy investigation. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
