Abstract
The long-range part of the nucleon-nucleon potential is approximated by the finite-range delta-function potential: Vsingleteven=V1δ(ra), Vtripleteven=V3δ(ra)+VTδ(ra)S12. The best fit to the low-energy np data is obtained when V3 is repulsive and VT is large. The uncertainties in the V's are of the order of 10%.
