Angular Dependence of Polarization-Related Laser-Plasma Absorption Processes

Abstract
We have measured the incidence-angle dependence of the absorption of -polarized and -polarized laser radiation by dense plasmas. A significant absorption peak at nonnormal angles of incidence is observed which is attributed to resonance absorption.
