Abstract
Strong anomalies in the partial conservation of the axial-vector current involving the vector-meson nonet are used in an effective-Lagrangian approach to determine the over-all normalization of the pseudoscalar-vector-vector () vertex. The result is model-dependent. However, SU(3) symmetry of the vertex leads to nonet symmetry for the vertex and agrees with the experimental data.
