Abstract
We have investigated the stability of electrons above saturated films of superfluid on both insulating and conducting substrates. Electron densities of up to have been observed to be stable, nearly 2 orders of magnitude more than on bulk . Charging the films to such high densities leads to a drastic reduction in film thickness.
