TRENNUNG UND ISOLIERUNG DER ANTHRACHINONGLYKOSIDE VONRHEUM PALMATUM

Abstract
Aus Rheum palniatum wurde ein Glykosidgemisch isoliert. Mittels Papierchromatographie (System n–Propanol–Äthylazetat–Wasser 4:3:3) konnte neben den bereits früher gefundenen Anthrachinonglykosiden auch die Anwesenheit einiger Dianthronglukoside, darunter Sennosid A und B, gezeigt werden. Mit Hilfe multiplikativer Verteilung (System n–Propanol–Äthylazetat–Wasser 1:1:2) gelang es, die Dianthronglukoside von der Mehrheit der Anthrachinonglykoside zu trennen. A mixture of anthra–glycosides was isolated from Rheum palmatum. By paperchromatography (System n–Propanol–ethylacetate–water 4:3:3) the presence was shown of the anthraquinone glycosides already known and also of some dianthrone glycosides, including Sennoside A and B. The dianthrone glycosides could be separated from most of the anthraquinone glycosides by liquid–liquid extraction (system n–Propanol–ethylacetate–water 1:1:2).
