Abstract
The structure of human serum low density lipoprotein has been investigated, as a function of temperature, by measurement of permittivity. Statistical analysis of the dielectric data reveals a transition at around the temperature of the human body. This may be associated with a structural change in the interior of the molecule. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
