Abstract

A case of Hodgkin''s disease involving an area of Crohn''s colitis in a patient with a 20-yr history of inflammatory bowel disease is described. The coexistence of Crohn''s disease and Hodgkin''s lymphoma was not reported previously. The possible relationship between gastrointestinal lymphoma and Crohn''s disease is also discussed.
