Abstract
The quantum theory of laser behavior developed in the first paper of this series is extended to include finite atomic and cavity temperatures and to include the effects of atomic detuning from the cavity eigenfrequency. The dependence of the photon statistics and the laser line-width on temperature and detuning is given. Keywords
