Abstract
A previously described matrix method was adapted for solving the kinetics of reaction schemes. The method was used for simulation of the kinetics of a simplified acto-myosin ATPase cycle in muscle fibres: the simulated tension (= force) transients for pressure and temperature perturbations possess the basic features observed in the actual experimental records. Keywords
