Abstract

Two patients, one with chronic lymphocytic leukemia and one with Hodgkin's disease, developed the nephrotic syndrome. There was improvement in the neoplastic process and renal disease in both patients—in one after treatment with chlorambucil and in the other after irradiation therapy. The same causative factors may have produced both the hematologic malignancy and the nephrotic syndrome.
