Abstract
Bilateral aneurysms of the internal carotid artery were treated by permanent bypass grafts. Excision of the aneurysms led to a satisfactory three-year follow-up. The rarity of this condition is noted. The treatment of choice at present for cervical carotid aneurysms is resection with prosthetic graft replacement to bridge the arterial defect. Keywords
