Abstract
Yrast states of have been investigated in the reaction using in-beam -spectroscopic methods and in the reaction performing delayed and conversion electron studies. A new isomeric state was found at 103 keV with The number of states and transitions in the proposed level scheme have been doubled. The experimental results are discussed within the framework of the shell model.
