The taste thresholds of 28 subjects from 7 species of non-human primates (Tupaia glis, Loris tardigradus, Nycticebus coucang, Galago senegalensis, Callithrix pygmaea, Saguitius tamarin, Saimiri sciureits) were ascertained with a two-tube continuous intake procedure. These physiological values were completed with earlier data from other authors and compared with results of a human population from Switzerland.
