Abstract
The subgenus Larroussius of Phlebotomus includes several vectors of visceral leishmaniasis. A key is given for the tropical African species, three of which are described for the first time. Notes on the species include a discussion of the status of P. langeroni orientalis Parrot, one of the three species from the Ethiopian Region known to transmit leishmaniasis. Keywords
