Abstract
SIR—Lee et al. [1] recently reported 2 cases of linezolid-associated toxic optic neuropathy. We describe a case in which the prolonged use of linezolid to treat actinomycosis was followed by development of acute, irreversible sensory loss and peripheral neuropathy.Keywords
