Abstract
Polymyalgia rheumatica was associated with a bronchogenic carcinoma in 1 case and with rheumatoidlike histology in a second. The follow-up cases included a single example of progressive, sero-negative, central polyarthritis, and three examples of peripheral acrosclerosis. The syndrome was associated with a favorable outcome in 26 of 30 cases followed. Findings and possible causes are discussed. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
