Abstract
SYNOPSIS IN INTERLINGUA STUDIOS CON CO-CARCINOGENOS IN LE SACCO GENAL DEL HAMSTER.—Un dose unic de 500, 1000, o 2000 r de irradiation roentgen, administrate ante le application al mucosa del sacco buccal de hamsters de 0,5 pro cento de 9,10-dimethyl-1,2-benzanthraceno (DMBA) causava un leve retardo plus tosto que un acceleration del formation de carcinoma de cellulas squamose. Le uso de DMBA in un solution de 0,05 pro cento in combination con le mesme irradiation roentgen produceva nulle tumores. Irradiation con 500, 1000, o 2000 r causava nulle neoplasia. Splenomegalia, hepatomegalia, e polypos del stomacho anterior esseva characteristicas prominente.This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
