Abstract
Up to 36% of inpatients experience an adverse drug reaction (ADR) while in hospital. Nurses are well-placed to monitor patients' responses to drugs. Spontaneous reporting of ADRs is the cornerstone of drug safety monitoring and should be the shared responsibility of all health-care staff. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
