Abstract
All-optical Boolean XOR logic is demonstrated with a three terminal fibre Sagnac interferometer employing a semiconductor optical amplifier. Full duty cycle operation at 10 GHz is shown and low pattern dependence has been achieved on a pseudo-data pattern at 10 Gbit/s with low switching energy. Keywords
