Conductivity in disordered systems

Abstract
By combining numerical results on wires of finite cross section with the coherent-potential approximation and the potential-well analogy, a formula for the conductivity of a three-dimensional disordered system is obtained which interpolates between the weak-scattering limit and the mobility edge.Keywords
