Abstract
At Skutz falls, Cowichan river, B.C., fish migrated mainly during daylight hours. No correlation was found between diurnal fluctuations in number of migrants and volume or temperature of the water. Light seemed the determining factor. A moderate amount of artificial light had no effect on night migratory movements. Keywords
