Abstract
Eleven cases of primary localized genitourinary tract amyloidosis were studied using the unlabeled immunoperoxidase method in combination with specific antisera against different chemical types of amyloid fibril proteins (AA, A.lambda. and A.kappa.). Of these, 9 had A.lambda. antigenic fibril determinants, suggesting that the fibrils of most, if not all, of these cases are of immunocytic origin. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
