Abstract
Six cases of young adults are reported who have manic depressive illness, manic type, and meet research criteria for antisocial personality concomitantly. The manic behavior of these patients responded to lithium carbonate. The literature is reviewed and documents Li response in aggressive behavior and antisocial personality. A further clinical finding is an unusually high rate of homosexual prostitution. Antisocial personality apparently does not preclude mania. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
