Abstract
The G4 and H9 subclones of mouse melanoma line B16 were established in chemically defined media with particular reference to the effects of fetuin, a fetal bovine serum glycoprotein, on cell growth. Chromosome number and melanin content were noted in cells grown in media with and without serum.Keywords
