Abstract
The effect of the concentration of 180° domains on the value, temperature and frequency dependence of the dielectric permittivity εS33 of mechanically clamped crystals of BaTiO3 is analysed. It is shown that the domains cause an increase of εS33 with temperature and the dielectric permittivity dispersion at frequencies determined by the domain structure period. Keywords
