Abstract
The number of ribosomal DNA (rDNA)-containing chromosomes and the amount of total rDNA vary widely among primate species. In spite of numerical variations, the mean number of ribosomal (rRNA) genes that participate in nucleolar organization is approximately the same.Keywords
